Skylar's hips were x-rayed today to make sure they have developed well and they looked great!! So she just needs another x-ray at 1 year to make sure they still look good.

Brooke watching a movie in our theatre room that we are so going to miss. Brooke looks too grown up!

Our realtors sent us this gorgeous bouquet of flowers as a thank you for choosing them. I say realtors because we are actually getting 4 for the price of 1! Its a husband and wife team and their 30 year old son and his wife. We love them all!

Although our house listed a couple of days ago our realtors won't push advertising until after Labor Day because a lot of realtors take the weekend off. Despite that we had our first showing today!! The buyers are interested but this was only the second house they've seen so won't make an offer yet but want to know if interest picks up on the house because then they might make a move. We are feeling pretty optimistic the house will go quick. Our realtors project it will sell in 60-90 days.
