A little quote that I want to remember everyday...

If you are still in the process of raising children, be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will—to your surprise—miss them profoundly.

Brooke's hips

We had an appointment at Children's today for Brooke's hips. She has been in the harness for 4 weeks. At her last appointment, 2 weeks ago, her hips had improved since week 1 but the doc was a little worried that the harness wouldn't work for her. He said with her condition there is a 33% chance that the harness won't work and then a cast would be required. By 4-5 weeks of wearing the harness he'd make the determination.

We received great news today that her hips are really improving and the harness should work so no cast!! She will still wear the harness full time for another 6-8 weeks and then part time for a few weeks after that. Our little baby girl will be fixed in no time.
