A little quote that I want to remember everyday...

If you are still in the process of raising children, be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will—to your surprise—miss them profoundly.

Full moon didn't even work

I guess tomorrow is the day and it seems likely I'll have to drink the castor oil to get things going. Its actually the verbena oil in the concoction (only obtained through my midwife) that makes labor efficiently begin. They said contractions typically begin within 2-3 hours. And if this doesn't work then she'll break my water. So we know no matter what labor should begin tomorrow!

It's really nice knowing that today is in fact my last day pregnant so I'll be doing laundry and cleaning today to get ready for tomorrow.

speaking of full moons... i just heard today that tomorrow is actually the full moon and its extra large... resulting in 6" of additional tide change and it looks like 14% larger or something like that. anyway, it only happens every 18 years... so tomorrow could be quite the birthday... and then her 18th birthday is when it would happen again...potentially?
sounds like a GREAT day to have a baby!! hang in there!! can't wait to hear the news. maybe Jason should post play by play postings on your blog all day ;)
